SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@bearfolkllc.com with a description of the issue and photos when applicable. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, depending on product availability and fulfillment partner production schedules. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

At this time, Bearfolk Designs ships only within the United States.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
