During high-volume periods such as new drops, holidays, Pride events, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on our production and fulfillment vendors.
After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days to arrive within the United States.
At this time, Bearfolk only ships within the United States.
Shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays, Pride season, new product drops, severe weather conditions, or high-volume sales periods.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Bearfolk is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:
