At Bearfolk, we want you to feel good about what you wear and confident in what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Have no excessive wear, damage, or alterations
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

SIZE EXCHANGES
We understand sizing can vary depending on fit preference and product style.
If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help guide you through the exchange process based on product availability.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs on standard size exchanges unless the item arrived incorrectly or damaged.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 30 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
