Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@bearfolkllc.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately at customerservice@bearfolkllc.com with your order number and updated address information. If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift card availability may vary throughout the year. Follow Bearfolk on social media and future site announcements for updates.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on our production and fulfillment vendors.
After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days to arrive within the United States.
At this time, Bearfolk only ships within the United States.
Shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays, Pride season, new product drops, severe weather conditions, or high-volume sales periods.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bearfolk only ships within the United States.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Please:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly

What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can happen occasionally due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email customerservice@bearfolkllc.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Are return shipping costs covered?

What brands or blanks do you print on?
Product materials and garment brands may vary depending on the design and collection. Specific product details will be listed on each product page whenever available.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some products may return, while others are limited releases.

How should I wash my apparel?
For best results:
- Wash cold
- Turn garment inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly on printed designs
Proper care helps preserve print quality and garment life.
Are your designs limited edition?
Some collections and drops may be limited release items and may not return once sold out.
